The Chinese Agriculture, Society, and Environment (CASE) project is a pioneering effort to bring together specialists in agricultural sciences, the humanities, and the social sciences to share new ideas about the relationship of agriculture to society and the environment in modern China. CASE is based at the University of Illinois as a collaboration between people in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) with people in the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Economic Sciences (ACES).
